Zachary Schmidt began his real estate career in Texas as a summer intern for Medical Partners of America. After graduating from Oklahoma State University in 2007 he was hired as Director of Planning and Development with MPA and after a few short years Zach partnered with over 50 physician investors, and developed, operated and sold numerous medical properties in North Texas. While maintaining assets in Texas he relocated to Oklahoma and served as the Director of Business Development for Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital where he gained extensive operational and leadership experience with a nationally acclaimed health system. In 2013 Zach left the hospital system to focus solely on real estate establishing Schmidt Commercial Real Estate. Since that time, Zach has closed over $150 in transactions in Texas and Oklahoma and continues to expand. Currently Zach focus’ much of his time to the prestigious Chisholm Creek development in OKC. Zach holds a Bachelor’s Degree in General Business and Law from Oklahoma State University and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Oklahoma.

When not working, Zach enjoys spending time with his wife Taylor their 3 children Payton, Collins and Boone.
